Greg Francis 5th Dan
Former International and Founder of 'Fit2fite'

Sensei Greg Francis is a former British Karate International with over thirty years experience.

Greg has devised his own martial arts based aerobic workout fit2fite around practised fighting techniques merged with aerobic movement. It is intense but easy to follow and the music that it is set around is designed to be uplifting to energise you ready for training. It more than does that!

It is evident that Greg has thought very carefully about exactly the type of music to put with his workout or vice versa. It lifts and energises and relaxes at exactly the right beat to maximise both workout potential and enjoyment. Greg is also an instructor on Ticky Donovan's annual Summer Course.
